This has been the second decline after sixth consecutive hikes since June last year. The retail price of a 12kg cooking gas cylinder now ranges between VND444,000 and VND468,000.
The price fall was attributed to a decrease in the global gas price, which is USD725 per tonne now, a fall of USD47.5 per tonne from the previous month.
