In July alone, Dong Nai exploited some 39,000 cubic metres of wood from planted forest.
The province has so far planted more than 33,700 hectares of forest, exceeding its target by more than 8,400 hectares.
Localities with large forest areas included Tan Phu, Dinh Quan, Xuan Loc and Vinh Cuu.
