(ĐN)- As many as 89 grassroots trade unions, with 5,731 members, were set up in Dong Nai in the last nine months, according to the provincial Labor Federation.
The new grassroots trade unions helped bring the total grassroots trade unions in the province to over 2,913 with more than 720,073 members out of over 768,298 laborers.
Along with establishing new grassroots trade unions, the labor federation also paid its attention in propaganda activities to raise awareness of laborers as well as organized training courses on labor laws for workers at new companies.
