(ĐN)- Dong Nai Labour Union in cooperation with Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs on May 15 sent a delegation to visit and present gifts valued at VND3 million each to 10 workers who suffered labor accidents and occupational diseases in the locality.
This is one of activities to respond to the Action Month on Labour Safety and Hygiene with theme “ Enhancing risk assessment and management at workplaces”.
On this occasion, some enterprises also gave gifts to their workers.
According to Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs, 1,296 labor accidents happened in Dong Nai province in 2018, injuring 1,308 people and killing 38 others.
