On May 15, Head of the Mass Mobilisation Department of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Huynh Van Hong visited Most Venerable Thich Thanh Tu, Deputy Supreme Patriarch of Patronage Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, Chief Nun Thich Nu Nhu Duc and Most Venerable Thich Thong Hanh, Deputies of the provincial Buddhist Sangha Executive Committee and others.

At the same day, a delegation led by Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Hoa Hiep of the provincial People’s Committee visited Buddhist dignitaries in Xuan Loc district and Long Khanh town.

On this occasion, Vice Chairman Vu Dinh Trung of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee also visited Most Venerable Thich Minh Chanh, Most Venerable Thich Liem Chinh, Most Venerable Thich Thien Hien and Most Venerable Thich Thien Dao in Vinh Cuu district.
During their visits, the leaders extended the best wishes to Buddhist monks, nuns and followers on the important festival for Buddhists.
They praised the contributions made by Buddhist dignitaries and followers to the province's development and hoped that dignitaries, monks, nuns and Buddhist followers will continue building on the tradition of solidarity within the religion as well as advance with the province on the road to build a wealthy and happy locality.
