Particularly, outstanding loans secured by assets were some VND24.5 trillion, while loans without collateral accounted for nearly VND4.5 trillion.
Besides, the banks and credit organizations also offered loans of VND39.5 trillion for the new-style rural building programs, up more than 9 percent.
