The presentation, which was connected online with 75 points, including Dong Nai province, aimed to discuss Japan’s experience in administrative reform, of both central and local governments, which served in researching and building a project on ‘continuing to renew the style of the Party’s leadership, and building a streamlined, active and effective organizational structure of the political system’.
