In Jan-June, the union actively participated in emulation movements and the campaign to study and follow the moral example of late President Ho Chi Minh.
Since the beginning of this year, Dong Nai provincial Women Union mobilized to build 19 charity houses totaling over VND1 billion, award nearly 700 scholarships, help more than 41,000 members to develop household economy.
In the period, the union admitted additional over 1,000 new members, bringing the number of its members to 574,000.
