(ĐN)- The Capital Aid Fund for Employment of the Poor (CEP Fund) on July 20 awarded scholarships each worth VND1.5-2.5 million to 129 studious poor students in Bien Hoa city.
The scholarships aim to encourage disadvantaged students to overcome difficulties and continue their studies.
On this occasion, the Fund also handed over 4 charity houses to local families with difficult circumstances.
