Vice Chairwoman expressed her best wishes to Buddhist dignitaries, monks, nuns and followers on the occasion, praising their contributions to provincial construction over the past time.
She also appealed to Vietnamese Buddhist followers to continue to carry forward the fine traditions of Vietnamese Buddhism, and make more contributions to provincial construction and defence.
Earlier, on May 5, Chairman Huynh Van Toi of Dong Nai Fatherland Front Committee paid visits to Most Venerables Thich Hue Sanh, Thich Thien Thuan, Thich Thien My and Thich Giac Liem in Bien Hoa city, Vinh Cuu, Trang Bom districts.

During the visits, the Chairman extended best wishes to Buddhist dignitaries and local followers on the important festival for Buddhists. He also highlighted Buddhists’ contributions to provincial construction and defence.
He expressed his hope that dignitaries and followers will continue participating in patriotism movements to build the province of prosperity and civilization.
