(ĐN)- On November 10, a delegation of the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Society of Hiroshima Prefecture visited and presented gifts to students in Long Tho primary school in Long Tho commune, Nhon Trach district.
On this occasion, the delegation worked with the school’s leaders to identify difficulties face by the school in order to provide more supports in the future.
Established in 1976, the society has so carried out various activities to promote solidarity, friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Japan as well as between Hiroshima and Dong Nai province in particular. It has especially involved in taking care of orphans, disadvantaged children, and AO/dioxin child victims.
