(ĐN)- Dong Nai will set up inspection teams to check food quality, hygiene, and safety issues at food enterprises and establishments, especially at wholesale markets.
The activity is a part of the program to respond to Action Month for Food Hygiene and Safety 2015 which will run from April 15 to May 15, aiming to combat trading of unsafe foods and punish illegal poultry trading and other violations.
The action month also aims to raise awareness among organizations and individuals about complying with food safety regulations.
