The event was attended by Head of Commission for Communications and Education Huynh Van Toi. Speaking at the signing ceremony, Toi highly valued the cooperation between Dong Nai and Okayama in particular and Vietnam and Japan in general. He expressed his belief that the cooperation will bring good results in the coming time.
Under the agreement, the two sides will strengthen cooperation in bio-technology and hi-tech agriculture.
Okayama University officially put into operation in 1949, including 8 graduate schools, 11 faculties and 24 research centers with 30,000 students. It is now striving to become an international university.
