Vo Quang Hue, managing director of Bosch Vietnam, said that the center started operation in 2010 with 20 associates but now its workforce has grown to over 870 engineers, 90% of them Vietnamese. The company expects the center to have 1,100 associates in late 2016.
In addition, Bosch has also carried out the Technical Industrial Apprenticeship program (TGA) at Continuously Variable Transmissions (CVT) push belt production line of the Bosch plant in Long Thanh Industrial Park.
