The annual competition attracts 240 contestants representing 52 cities and provinces and the public security sector, who are the winners of local competitions, are competing for 36 regular awards and 15 creative software prizes in elementary, secondary and high school level groups.
The two-day contest provides a practical and useful playground for young informatics lovers nationwide, while making a significant contribution to the training of qualified IT human resources for the country.
Since its debut in 1995, the contest has been held annually by the HCM Communist Youth Union; Ministries of Education and Training, Information and Communications, and Science and Technology; Vietnam Television and Vietnam Association for Information Processing.
