Speaking at the opening ceremony of the advanced concentrated training course for the Standing Militia Company held at the Dong Nai provincial Military Command on the morning of September 16, Colonel Nguyen Ba Phu, Deputy Commander of the provincial Military Command, emphasized the determination to successfully complete the training course and highly appreciated the thorough preparations made for both the opening ceremony and the start of the second training phase in 2025.

Colonel Nguyen Ba Phu requested that functional departments of the provincial Military Command give close attention to advising and implementing the training program in line with the approved plan. In addition to the outlined training contents, he urged staff in charge of planning, political affairs, logistics, and technical support to organize cultural and sports activities, ensure good health care for the militia members, and create a healthy cultural environment so that each officer and soldier can focus on training with the best outcomes.
The Deputy Commander particularly stressed that officers at all levels, especially those directly responsible for the company, must stay close to the Standing Militia troops, care for their well-being, and implement effective disease prevention measures to ensure the objectives and requirements of the training course are achieved with the highest safety standards. He also called for regular supervision and inspections to guarantee absolute safety throughout the training process.

Regarding the standing militia members undergoing training, Colonel Nguyen Ba Phu underscored the importance of strict compliance with laws, military discipline, and unit regulations. He reminded them that any issues arising during the course must be promptly reported to platoon or company leaders for timely resolution in accordance with regulations.
This advanced concentrated training course involves 81 standing militia members and will run for six months, covering all contents and programs as stipulated.
