At the ceremony, authorized by the Chair of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Dang Thanh Hoang announced the Chair's decision to assign Dinh Thi Da Thao, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, to take charge and manage the operations of the Office.
The assignment term is 12 months from the date of signing or until a competent authority issues an appointment decision for the position of Chief of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Vo Tan Duc, congratulated Mrs. Dinh Thi Da Thao and emphasized: In today's administrative context, the requirements for the Office of the Provincial People's Committee are increasingly demanding. Dong Nai Province is implementing comprehensive administrative reforms, streamlining the apparatus, improving efficiency and effectiveness of government operations while simultaneously promoting digital transformation, building e-government, and a modern administration that best serves the people and businesses.
In that context, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee must take the lead in implementing reform objectives, streamlining and digital transformation, standardizing internal processes, reducing procedures and time, and improving productivity and quality of advisory work.

The Chair of the Provincial People's Committee requested Mrs. Dinh Thi Da Thao to familiarize herself with the work promptly, draw on her experience, capability, and leadership skills to effectively organize advisory and coordination tasks, and provide timely and accurate support for the operations of the Provincial People's Committee, the Chair, and the Vice Chairs.
At the same time, she is expected to foster a spirit of solidarity, maintain discipline and administrative order, and promote innovation, creativity, and the application of digital transformation to enhance the quality of advisory and support work. She should also strengthen close coordination with departments, sectors, and localities to ensure the timeliness and quality of reports, submissions, and advisory documents, while ensuring that directives and operations of the Provincial People's Committee are communicated consistently and coherently from the provincial level to the grassroots level.

The Chair of the Provincial People's Committee also called on the leadership of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee to focus on developing a team of staff, officials, and public employees, creating favorable conditions for each individual to utilize their capabilities and sense of responsibility fully. Emphasis should be placed on training and mentoring young and future cadres, with the goal of building the Office into a truly professional and modern administrative unit.
