Dong Nai leaders pay tribute to martyrs on national reunification day

(ĐN)- A delegation of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Fatherland Front Committee on April 29 laid wreaths at the province's Martyrs Cemetery on the occasion of the 45nd anniversary of Southern Liberation, National Reunification (April 30, 1975).

The delegation included Secretary Nguyen Phu Cuong of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman Ho Thanh Son of People’s Council, Chairman Cao Tien Dung of People’s Committee, Chairman Dao Van Phuoc of Fatherland Front, the province’s former leaders and representatives from departments and agencies.

They observed one minute of silence in memory of Vietnamese heroic mothers, war heroes and martyrs who laid down their lives for national independence.

At the cemetery, the leaders offered incense and laid flowers in commemoration of those who have dedicated their lives to the struggle for national independence, freedom and reunification.
