At the session, the participants were informed about the world and regional situation; diplomacy affairs over the country’s sovereignty in the current period; policies of Party, State on diplomacy in the renewal period; overview on the people-to-people diplomacy situation; policies of Party, State on people-to-people diplomacy as well as skills to mobilize, negotiate for assistance from non-government organizations.
