Leaders from Military Zone 7, provincial and districts’ leaders as well as a large number of people gave presents and encouragement to youths doing the national service at the localities.
Notably, 19.40 percent of the recruits are graduates of universities, colleges or vocational schools, while 90 of them are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
