Presently, the association has nearly 300 members who worked and served as volunteer soldiers to help the Cambodian people escape from the Khmer Rouge regime as well as providing practical assistance for the country.
The congress set tasks for its 5 year plan including strengthening mutual understanding, developing the traditional friendship, specil solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries.
The congress also elected the association’s a 18 member executive board headed by Nguyen Van Ca for 2015-2020.
