A series of preferential policies for auxiliary industriesd evelopment have been introduced, according to newly-approved Decree 111/2015/ND-CP.
In addition, they will get a part of expenditures used for research purpose from the Support Industry Development Program for possibly profitable applications and 50% of expenditures for pilot production projects on support industry products.
Support industry projects will also enjoy preferential policies on land leases and 50% expense of equipment procurement.
According to Decree 111, organizations and individuals conducting technology transfer of products on the List of support industry prioritised to develop will also get preferential policies. Especially, 75% of costs for technology transfer will be given to projects which use over 85% of domestic deep processing minerals.
In addition, the decree also targets to improve personnel quality on the field.
Products of the List will be given priority to participate in national trade promotion programs and get a part of trade brand registration expenditure, fair expenses, and market access.
Decree 111 shall take effect from January 1, 2016./.
