(ĐN)- The National Festival of “Don Ca Tai Tu”, the musical art recognized by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage, concluded in Binh Duong on April 12.

At the closing ceremony, the organizers awarded 7 gold prizes to outstanding programs, 7 A prizes to excellent “Don Ca Tai Tu” places, along with other prizes and certificates of merit from Binh Duong provincial People’s Committee to participating troupes. Accordingly, “Don Ca Tai Tu” troupes from Dong Nai province got A prize for outstanding “Don Ca Tai Tu” place and a certificate of merit from Binh Duong provincial People’s Committee.
The festival, which is jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Binh Duong province’s People’s Committee, attracted the participation of 21 provinces and cities in southern region from Ninh Thuan province to Ca Mau province, including Dong Nai.
The 3rd National “Don Ca Tai Tu” Festival will be held in can Tho city in 2020.
