Head of Dong Nai provincial Department of Propaganda and Training Huynh Van Toi, Vice Chairman Nguyen Thanh Tri of the provincial People’s Committee and representatives of press agencies attended the opening ceremony of the festival.
The event is co-organized by Department of Propaganda and Training, Dong Nai Journalist Association and Centre of Tran Bien Temple of Literature and will remain open until March 5.
The festival showcases more than 400 spring newspaper publications from press agencies inside and outside provinces.
On this occasion, the organizers awarded certificates of merit to 20 collectives for their outstanding publications. The annual festival has become a large cultural event for the newspaper industry and local residents on Tet holidays.
