The annual event is co-organized by Bien Hoa city People’s Committee and Department of Education and Training.
Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai and Vice Chairman Nguyen Thanh Tri of Dong Nai province People’s Committee, Deputy Chairman Nguyen Van Dung of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, the participants offered flowers and burnt incense to worship cultural well-known men and honor beloved teachers.
The ceremony aims to preserve and develop the tradition of “remembering the source when drinking water”.
