The best kept secret of the Olympic Games at the moment is what the opening ceremony will be like, but from the details revealed by the Olympic authorities and partially leaked by some of the performers, it looks set to be spectacular and with a dash of British humor thrown in.

The third international Vietnamese martial arts (Vovinam) tournament opened in HCM City on July 25, attracting 51 teams from 15 countries and territories worldwide.

Vietnam has 15 teams competing at the event.

This is a big event marking a new development of Vietnamese traditional martial arts, which are becoming popular in Europe, Africa, Australia and America.

After four days of competition, oversea teams will take part in a martial arts festival from August 1 – 3 in Binh Dinh central province.
