(ĐN)- Dong Nai provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Fatherland Front have sent letters of congratulations to Catholic and Protestant dignitaries and followers across the province on the occasion of Christmas 2011
In their letter, the provincial leaders highlighted important contributions made by Catholic and Protestant dignitaries and followers to the province’s socio-economic development. The leaders also expressed their belief that Jesus’ followers would continue promoting the tradition of patriotism, making further practical contributions to build a strong great national unity bloc, contributing to fulfilling the province’s targets in 2012.
On this occasion, the province’ leaders paid a Christmas visit to Bishop Nguyen Chu Trinh and catholic dignitaries of the Xuan Loc Diocese and extended Christmas greetings to them.
On December 19, Long Thanh district’s leaders met with Catholic and Protestant dignitaries in the locality to wish them a merry Christmas.
At the same day, Dinh Quan district’s leaders also made Christmas visits and presented gifts to Catholic and Protestant dignitaries in the locality. They believed that Jesus’ followers would continue actively participating in patriotic campaigns and emulation movement, contributing to the national construction and defence as well as the cause of renewal, industrialization and modernization of the country.
