The 9.5-km prolonged Road 319 project, which starts at Phuoc Thien commune in Nhon Trach district and ends at intersection of HCM City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay Expressway, is built at a total investment of over VND961 billion under build-operate-transfer (BOT) format.
