Outstanding loans in Vietnam dong up 4.3 pct

(ĐN) - According to the Dong Nai branch of State Bank, the province-based commercial banks and credit organizations lent some VND255.1 trillion as of April-end, an increase of over 4.4% compared to the end of last year. 

 

(ĐN) - According to the Dong Nai branch of State Bank, the province-based commercial banks and credit organizations lent some VND255.1 trillion as of April-end, an increase of over 4.4% compared to the end of last year. 

Accordingly, outstanding loans in Vietnam dong rose by 4.3 percent to around VND253 trillion, loans in foreign currencies up by 5 percent to VND38.3 trillion.

Bad debts and overdue debts accounted for only 0.63 percent of total loans.
