Accordingly, the first component project will stretch from the Ring Road 2 to the end of Phu My toll and will be constructed under the build-operate-transfer combined with the build-transfer format.
Meanwhile, the second component project starting from Phu My toll to the end of the route will be built under public investment format using Dong Nai province’s budget.
The Cat Lai Bridge was projected to be a four-kilometer-long cable-stayed bridge, with a clearance height of 55 meters for ships to navigate under. It requires an estimated investment of VND9 trillion.
