(ĐN)- In Jan-April, Dong Nai lured over VND39.4 trillion in new privately owned enterprises and expanded projects, four times higher than the same period last year, according to the provincial Department of Planning and Investment.
Particularly, 1,131 new enterprises have been established with a combined registered capital of some VND16 trillion, up 14 percent in the number and 87 percent in value compared to the same period of 2020.
Moreover, 265 others have registered to expand their operations with a total additional capital of VND23.5 trillion.
In this period, 130 businesses completed procedures for dissolution and 405 others halted their operations.
Dong Nai is now home to 42,598 enterprises with total registered capital of around VND357,505 billion.
