Over VND4.8 tril for two routes leading to Long Thanh airport

(ĐN)- According to the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV), the investor of the third component project of the first phase of Long Thanh Airport project, two new routes will be built to connect the future airport with the total cost of over VND4.8 trillion.

According to the plan, four new roads will be built to connect the future Long Thanh International Airport with current highways and expressways. Accordingly, route 1 and route 2 will be built first.

Route 1 will be 3.8 kilometers long, with ten lanes, and connect the main axis of the airport with the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway, National Highway 51 and provincial road 25C. Route 2 will link Route 1 to the Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay Expressway, with four lanes and a length of 3.5 kilometers.
