The figure represented 58 percent of the yearly estimates, according to the provincial Department of Finance.
In April only, the province’s State budget collection reached nearly VND5 trillion.
Domestic revenues came to VND21.5 trillio, up 41 percent on a yearly basis, while contributions from import-export activities totaled VND5.7 trillion, up 13 percent.
At the same time, the province’s budget expenditure in the period was estimated at VND4.98 trillion, up 9 percent from the same period last year and accounting for 21 percent of estimates. Of the figure, VND880 billion was spent on development investment and VND3.7 trillion was regular expenditure.
