Accordingly, FLC Group conducted surveys some planned sites for residential and tourism projects with large area and are potential for developing international standardized residential, eco-tourism and resort areas, such as Gia Tan 1 high-class residential area, Tri An lake-side commercial and service area in Thong Nhat district, and some eco-tourism projects in Vinh Cuu district. FLC said that it would review the feasibility, as well as development policies, to have the best choice for each project in the districts.
Mai Van Hien, Chairman of Thong Nhat District People’s Committee, said to attract investment, the district will actively support investors who want to increase their investment in the locality in order to ensure benefits for investors as well as to be in line with the district’s policies for development and state regulations.
