In this period, FDI enterprises spent some US$2.7 billion on imports, a year-on-year decrease of 6.5 percent, according to Dong Nai Department of Industry and Trade.
Machinery, tools and spare parts had the highest import turnover in Jan-March, accounting for nearly 11.4 percent of the province’s total import value. It is followed by plastic materials, 9.5 percent, chemicals, 8.4 percent, steel and iron, 6.2 percent, fabric, 5.6 percent, etc.
