(ĐN)- Over the past five years, Xuan Loc district-based Xuan Phu commune’s Women Union organized 22 vocational training courses for its members.
Accordingly, the union solved jobs for more than 1,000 woman laborers, offered preferential loans totaling approximately VND3 billion to poor women households.
Besides, the union also mobilized seedlings and breeding animals from its rich members to help members with difficult circumstances to develop household economics.
Recently, the union has been awarded certificates of merit by Vietnam Women's Union for its achievements in implementing the project 295 entitled “Support for women vocational training and job creation for the period 2010-2015″.
