The VND500-billion plant is the most modern fiber plant in Vietnam, according to General Director of Vinatex Le Tien Truong.
It is the second factory in Dinh Quan district-based Phu Cuong industrial cluster which is invested by Dong Tien J.S Company.
The project is expected to put into operation in January 2016 and supply around 5 tons of fiber per year.
