(ĐN)- Dong Nai is estimated to reach approximately VND8.6 trillion in agriculture, forestry and fishery value this year, up nearly 3.8% against previous year, according to Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Of the total value, exports of aquatic products and forestry products saw a slow growth rate of under 3%.
Most agricultural products saw an increase in export volumes but down in value due to falling prices resulting from to the current global financial crisis,
Among agricultural products, coffee was the most outstanding commodity, with a total export of more than 150,000 tonnes, representing a year-on-year increase of 57 percent in volume.
