(ĐN)- On January 27, a delegation led by Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Pham Ngoc Tuan paid pre-Tet visits to four social sponsor centers in Bien Hoa city.

At the visits, Vice Chairman Pham Ngoc Tuan hoped that the centers continue efforts to overcome difficulties to complete their mission. Besides, the province will consider to upgrade the centers.
