Over the past five years, Dong Nai spent more than VND82 billion to provide vocational training for nearly 38,700 rural workers and at least 82 percent of them have been employed soon after.

Due to this training, more than 2,000 underprivileged households in the province escaped from poverty and over 3,200 others had better living conditions.

In the coming time, the province will continue to raise public awareness of the importance of vocational training in job creation, increase the incomes and quality of rural workers, and develop a network of training establishments, lecturers, managers, curricula and teaching materials.
