At the district and communal levels, the mechanism is carried out to help receiving and returning results of dossiers in issuing land certificates for local households and individuals.
Meanwhile, at the provincial level, the mechanism is implemented in five fields of issuing business registration certificates, tax declarations, issuing stamps, license for establihing representative offices of foreign businesspersons in Vietnam, and license for industrial explosive materials.
The implementation of the mechanism has seen changes in solving administrative procedures, contributing in saving time for people and businesses as well as increasing the quality of solving administrative procedures for local people.
