At the reception, Chairman Cao Tien Dung of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee said Japanese businesses invested in 261 projects in Dong Nai with total registered capital of approximately US$4.7 billion, ranking third among countries and territories pouring investment in the province. Most of the projects are in line with the province’s policy, which is attracting high-tech projects, support projects, and those that are friendly with the environment.

Japan’s investment projects have so far proved effective, greatly contributing to Dong Nai’s economic growth. Dung hoped that JBAH would continue to introduce prestigious investors to the province in fields of its interest such as trade, service and tourist.
