(ĐN)- Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee on November 8 held a ceremony to honor more than 150 enterprises and individuals who fulfilled their tax obligations well in 2018. Vice Chairman Nguyen Quoc Hung of the provincial People’s Committee attended the ceremony.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairwoman praised good organizations and individuals for their excellence in fulfilling tax obligations, contributing to complete the city’s state budget collection targets in 2018.
He also stressed that the tax agency should continue its efforts to boost administrative reform on tax procedures, create favorable conditions for taxpayers to declare and pay tax in full and on time.
As known, 150 enterprises and individuals paid more than VND8,000 billion in tax to the State budget, accounting for 25 percent of the province’s total budget collection in 2018.
A the ceremony, 7 enterprises were awarded Ministry of Finance’s certificates of merit, 40 others received certificates of merit of the provincial People’s Committee and General Department of Taxation, and 80 businesses got certificates from Dong Nai Taxation Bureau.
