Regarding to Russia’s market, import-export potentials and advantages between the two sides have not been developed. In 2015, Dong Nai-Russia import-export turnover only reached around US$125 million.
The province’s leader suggested the Vietnam Commercial Affairs Office in Russia to continue its support for businesses in Dong Nai on information about market, import-export procedures, helping them to access clients, partners with the aim to avoid risks and damage.
Vietnamese Counselor in Russia Duong Hoang Minh highly appreciated Dong Nai’s efforts in trade promotion activities, adding many products of Dong Nai are interested by Russian businesses and consumers. Many key export commodities of Dong Nai are also main imported products of Russia’s market. Minh pledged to continue his efforts to serve as a bridge for Vietnamese enterprises in general, Dong Nai’s enterprises in particular to boost export their products to the potential market.
During the program lasting from September 8-16, the delegation will organize a conference linking supply and demand of products between Dong Nai’s and Russia’s businesses, especially those in Moscow.
